Crag X First aid Adjustments for COVID-19

The following changes will be made to the First aid protocol for Crag X:

• First Aid kits will be outfitted with N-95 masks and eye protection.

• First aiders may use hands only CPR in the event they do not feel comfortable giving breaths due to fear of COVID-19 transmission.

• If you are responding to someone who is unresponsive and may have COVID-19 gently place a cloth over the casualties mouth and nose to block aerosolized fluids while still allowing them to breathe.

• If there is an incident involving someone you suspect to have COVID-19 then you must report your suspicion of COVID19 to the 911 operator and to Emergency Medical Services.

• If a serious incident occurs and is related to COVID-19, Close the gym.
